These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jil6.vip and all services provided by jil6, a PAGCOR-authorized online casino and sports betting platform operating in the Philippines. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jil6 ("jil6," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the jil6.vip platform. To register and maintain an account on the jil6 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

A Player's account will remain in a restricted state — permitting deposits and play but not withdrawals — until KYC is completed and approved. jil6 may suspend or permanently close any account where age verification reveals the account holder is or was below 21 years of age at any point. Each individual may register only one (1) Player Account on jil6. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and possible forfeiture of Real Money balances pending investigation. If you discover a duplicate account exists for your details, you must notify jil6 support immediately.
At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including: your full legal name (as it appears on a valid Philippine government ID), your Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Any activity conducted using your login credentials — regardless of whether it was authorized by you — is your sole responsibility. Notify jil6 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jil6 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There are no deposit fees for GCash, Maya, or QR Ph transactions. Fees applicable to bank transfer methods are borne by the Player.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be returned, and the associated Player Account may be restricted pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed only to the payment method used for the most recent deposit or to a pre-registered and verified account in the Player's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. For fully KYC-verified accounts in good standing, GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–2 business days.
jil6 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, compliance review under anti-money laundering obligations, or dispute resolution. jil6 will notify the Player of any such delay and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.
jil6 is subject to the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) as amended, and related PAGCOR AML guidelines. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. jil6 may require Players to provide source of funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the jil6 Platform are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for the duration of that promotion.
The 100% first deposit match bonus is available to new jil6 Players once only, on their first qualifying deposit of ₱500 or more. Maximum bonus amount is ₱10,000. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently closed without refund of Bonus Funds.
jil6's refer-a-friend program awards ₱300 per qualifying referral. A qualifying referral requires the referred person to complete KYC and make a first deposit of ₱500 or more. Self-referrals — registering additional accounts to generate referral credits — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account closure.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to server disconnection, software error, or data corruption — jil6 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the Player's Wallet. No winnings will be paid in respect of a voided round. jil6 will not be liable for winnings that would have been due absent the malfunction.
Sports betting on jil6 covers PBA, NBA, Premier League, Champions League, UFC, boxing, and other sports. All bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and competition. Bets placed on suspended or cancelled events are voided and the stake returned. In-play odds are subject to change at any time during live events. jil6's sports betting operator rules constitute the definitive terms for any disputes relating to sports wagers.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jil6 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR and AMLC:
All content on the jil6 Platform — including but not limited to the jil6 brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of jil6 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jil6 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from jil6 without prior written authorization from jil6. Unauthorized use of jil6's intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jil6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services.
jil6's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jil6 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jil6 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party payment services including GCash, Maya, BPI, or BDO.
jil6 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered Players in Account Settings. These tools are self-activated and take effect immediately:
Players who choose self-exclusion will have their account immediately suspended for the chosen period. During the self-exclusion period, the Player may not register new accounts or circumvent the exclusion by any means. jil6 will void any wagers placed during a self-exclusion period and return the original stake amounts. Re-activation of a self-excluded account requires a formal written request and a minimum 24-hour cooling-off review period.

jil6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its reasonable discretion, including where: the Player has breached these Terms; there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; the Player's account is involved in a dispute; regulatory or legal requirements demand it; or jil6 ceases to operate in the Philippines.
Players may close their jil6 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any Real Money balance that has met withdrawal eligibility requirements will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or financial activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. jil6 will attempt to notify the Player at the registered mobile number prior to classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ₱100, not to exceed the total Wallet balance. jil6 will notify the Player before any dormancy fee is applied.
jil6's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by jil6's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a jil6 account, you consent to jil6's processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jil6 is subject to the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. jil6 processes personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, and maintains appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect player data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
jil6 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, jil6 will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, for material changes, will notify registered Players via SMS or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the jil6 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9287 (Illegal Numbers Game Law), Presidential Decree No. 1602, and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and directives.
In the event of a dispute between you and jil6 arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact jil6's customer support to seek an informal resolution. jil6 will respond to dispute submissions within 5 business days.
If a dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR for adjudication under PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process. jil6 agrees to abide by PAGCOR's final determination in any such dispute.
For disputes not resolvable through the above process, the exclusive jurisdiction shall be the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila.
